IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING LIMO BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

We are happy to take deposit fees over the telephone via credit/debit card. Balances are also payable over the telephone given that we receive a fax or email with permission to take the balance from the stated card. Amex payments carry a 3% surcharge.

Please ensure that you have all card details when booking plus the 3 digit security code found on the reverse of the credit card. We also require the postcode and house number for the billing address of the card.

Cheques are payable to "West One Limousines Ltd".

Cheques are NOT accepted on the day of hire as payment. We MUST receive at least 7 days before the hire date.
